About Terry L. Bryan, "The Warrior-Wiz!"
Terry Bryan is a highly decorated
former Special Forces veteran having served 3 tours
in Viet Nam and world renown martial artist. As a
two time world champion, and former General
Secretary for Olympic Karate, he currently oversees
instructors and elite martial artists around the
world. He is also a highly sought out coach and
consultant in business and investments. As an elite
member of some of the most prestigious and elite
coaching and mastermind groups in the world today,
he in turn shares those success principles with
members of his elite inner circle. He is known
world-wide for his knowledge of combat strategy and
tactics, and how that applies to business, entity
structuring, marketing and sales.
Master Bryan has earned an
undergraduate degree in social work and child
psychology, as well as a MA in Education and a Ph.D.

to the local Colorado market. Master Bryan is a
legend in the martial arts world and recognized
around the world for his giving to the sport karate
world, earning two gold medals at the martial arts world
championships only a few weeks
after getting off a year of chemotherapy and being
the only man on the planet that has ever caught a
speeding arrow shot at him with his bare hand,
"Blindfolded" and on international TV and currently
in the Ripley's Hall of Fame.

About Diana “The Colorado Real Estate Investment Queen” Bryan
Before discovering how to invest in
real estate, Diana was a school teacher in the
Catholic School system and later switched to School
District 20 teaching science in high school and
later middle school. She now helps over see local
karate schools and her real estate investment
portfolio.
As a school teacher, she loved to
teach and share information but was disappointed in
the pay and retirement benefits available. Now as a
full time investor, she can teach as a love and
hobby and not as a job. Today she enjoys sharing
wealth generating concepts and investing principles
along with her husbands in their Streetwise Real
Estate Investing Program. That way she can give back
to the community and share what she learned.
Teaching others a simple and easy
way to earn money that could secure their future,
and afford them a lifestyle that people dream of has

Diana loves travel, buying houses, decorating and
staging properties, and teaching success principles
